Simply put, Home Healthcare is health care that is delivered in the privacy and comfort of one's own home. Services are provided under the direction of your physician.
For individuals qualifying for home health care, these services are covered 100% by Medicare. For private insurance or private pay please contact our office for details.
At the request of you, your family, or your physician, one of our Medical Homecare Specialists Patient Care Coordinators will visit you (whether you are in a hospital, an acute care unit, a skilled nursing facility, or your own home.) During this evaluation, we will discuss your needs and assist you or your loved ones in meeting those needs under the supervision of your medical doctor.
All staff members are licensed or certified. Sun Valley Home Care verifies all licenses and certifications, performs background checks and receives fingerprint based clearance through the Arizona Department of Public Safety. These measures are performed to ensure that only the most qualified professionals become part of our dynamic team.
